  1. The three buttons on the coffee pod side are on when I select one like the 8oz the three flash…..can this be fixed….can I use the carafe side if the pod side doesn’t work

    • Hi Sandy! Oh, I’ve had a similar issue with my Cuisinart before! What I did was try resetting the machine and also checked to see if any of the buttons were jammed or if there was any debris. And yes, the great thing is you can totally use the carafe side even if the pod side is acting up. They work independently of each other, so you won’t miss out on your coffee fix while figuring things out on the pod side. Hope this helps!
